Seraphin Shukuru and Mordekay Mirindi’s fellowship project centers on the transformation of organic waste into sustainable solutions. It aims to address local environmental and agricultural challenges by converting organic waste from households, markets, and restaurants into high-protein animal feed and nutrient-rich fertilizer through the rearing of Black Soldier flies.
