The Cultural Exchange program bridges continents, building mutual understanding between North American supporters and rural leaders in Kibo Hubs through curated learning journeys.

  • Annual trips to Hub regions engage participants with grassroots projects, ARI graduates, and community events.

  • Exchanges spark deeper support, foster cross-cultural appreciation, and bring the transformative work of rural leaders to life.

Each journey is designed to foster relationships, raise awareness, and cultivate new champions for rural leadership, while generating critical resources to expand our reach.

Kibo Alliance currently has cultural trips planned for Thailand, Sri Lanka, and Japan in 2025.
