Through the Tarr Fellowship, Learning Hubs, and support of the Asian Rural Institute, we invest in grassroots leaders by providing the funding, tools, and support they need to carry out sustainable development projects in their own communities — growing their capacity to lead lasting change from the ground up.

We bring ARI graduates together across borders and regions — creating networks where rural leaders share knowledge, learn from one another, and grow stronger together.

The impact of our programs reaches far beyond individual leaders. As ARI graduates return to their communities equipped and connected, they transform local food systems, strengthen rural livelihoods, and build a more just and sustainable world.
